My name is Merav Mariami, founder of Rock Your Office, and I’m on a mission to change the way companies and startups think about the role of the “office manager”.
Over the course of 10 years serving as an office manager, operations manager and employee welfare manager working both in several startups, as well as in several leading hi-tech and bio-tech firms, I came to the realization that there is a common misconception regarding the current role of the office manager in corporations: an office manager is not a secretary nor a receptionist! She’s an organizational superstar whose capabilities can dramatically affect the performance and success of your entire company.
